counterpoint to the sweet, woody character of The Wild Geese Soldiers & Heroes Rare Irish Whiskey,
while the Chambord introduces a ripe, red fruit note.

50ml The Wild Geese Soldiers & Heroes Rare Irish Whiskey
15ml Noilly Prat Rouge
5ml Chambord

Stir all ingredients in a boston glass with ice and strain into a chilled tumbler.
