A sophisticated champagne cocktail. The honey adds depth to the palate
while the lemon juice adds a citric bite allowing The Wild Geese
Soldiers & Heroes Rare Irish Whiskey to bring a strong whiskey
character to a classic style of sparkling aperitif cocktail.

35ml The Wild Geese Soldiers & Heroes Rare Irish Whiskey
10ml Liquid honey
20ml Fresh lemon juice
Top with sparkling wine

Shake all ingredients except sparkling wine with ice and strain
into chilled flute, top with sparkling wine and snap lemon zest.
