Sixteen Ninety One

A long, light refreshing cooler with a pale lavender colour. The citron notes of the Cartron Parfait Amour and the overt floral notes of the elderflower lift and balance the lighter green fruit character of The Wild Geese Soldiers & Heroes Classic Blend Irish Whiskey. Medium sweet pressed apple juice adds length without subverting the subtle, yet distinct flavour notes.

Shake all ingredients except parfait amour with ice and strain over crushed ice, drizzle parfait
amour over the top. Garnish with fresh orange zest and serve in a highball or sling glass.
